managing-your-dataThe Hill Company operates using the RSSQL O'Neil software system who are the worlds leading records management software provider. The software manages and tracks multiple types of data including traditional storage boxes, file folders, documents and tapes; from deposit to destruction, work order to invoice.

The result is that we are able to obtain a full history relating to each item that is stored with us. All items are given a unique barcode label and all relevant information is captured at the point of entry on to our system. Individual boxes/files are scanned every time they leave a location, thereby building a full audit trail of their movement history.
